With Minimum Requirement:
Education:
B. Tech with 12 yrs of exp in which 5 yrs of experience in metro or M.Tech with 10yrs of exp in which 5 yrs in metro.
Knowledge and/or Experience:
Selection, coordination and layout of various aspects of design (vehicle maintenance equipment, site flow), Submittal, shop drawing, and RFI review .
Conduct construction field observations
Other design / engineering tasks as assigned
Evaluate, select and apply architectural techniques during all phases of design, including the resolution of complex technical issues in both individual and collaborative scenarios
Upload materials for review to designated platform
Customer service and attention to detail are the primary focus of this position
Assist in developing program materials and process
Serve as the point person for all facets of the Architectural review process
