Roles and Responsibilities Hi, Warm Greetings! We are looking for Assembly and Integration Technician for a leading Aviation industry based at Bangalore. : Good understanding of avionics systems life cycle especially in manufacturing of systems ,assembly and integration of sub components, . Microprocessor /microcontroller based mixed signal embedded systems at PCB level and unit integrations. Hands on experience in Demonstrated ability to perform electronics assembly without help from others, such as but not limited to soldering, crimping, coating, and circuit testing Currently have or ability to get IPC certification. Must consistently abide by ESD requirements in and around ones work station General Soldering & Wire Harness Soldering,Potting, Painting, Kitting Good understandng and Knowledge about Electronics Components . Good working knowledge about Assembly, Visual Inspection & Testing Knowledge about fasteners like Screws etc , Torque Driver Good working knowledge about Unit Assembly & Deassembly Knowledge about Drawing reading Knowledge about Heli coil insertion General Awareness about Environmental Testing Good Knowledge about JSTD Good Knowledge about Inventory mgt. Ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures. Tools: Should have good working knowlegde on tools process and documentation for all core activities Performs tasks using documented procedure, specifications, drawings, or written engineering instruction Follows standard processes including requests for engineering evaluation/change and standard manufacturing data systems Basic qualification: Minimum qualification of Diploma in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele-communication/Mechanical/Instrumentation (Electronics/ECE, Mech., I&C etc) or equivalent from a reputed instititution and a minimum of first class.
