The Principal Accountabilities for this position are:
Work on solutions supporting multiple business areas, integration points and a large number of affected components.
Required to work under general direction within a clearly defined accountability framework.
Gather and interpret requirements from the business.
Participate in client & investor meetings and discussions.
Prepare the requirements specifications for clients and investors.
Work on metrics, pricings and financial parameters in detail.
Analyse and decompose relevant business processes.
Performing business analysis and process improvement within assigned solution project.
Provide assistance to solution delivery on implementation and training.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate / Post Graduate from top institutions.
1 – 4 years’ experience in product-based start-ups/ reputed organizations preferred.
Preference to Finance, Accounting, Quantitative disciplines.
An understanding of budgets & business planning.
Communicated business strategy to colleagues & investors.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Superb leadership ability.
Strong experience in making presentation & MS Excel
Motivational speaking experience.
Team Player, Enthusiastic & Ambitious.
Healthcare experience will be added advantage.
Immediate joiner / One month notice will be preferable.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR400,000.00 – INR700,000.00 per yearBenefits:
