To make available adequate Medical aid, safety equipment in the plant at the PlantTo reduce grievances of employees? To issue ESIC cards to employeesTo monitor no legal obligation, penalty & dispute in statutory compliance and timely updating of necessary records pertaining to various laws.? Documentation of PF, ESIC , LWF challan on monthly basis after payment of challan. ? File Annual Returns as per Factory act (Form 27)? Bonus Return annually? Organise medical check up camp for employees on yearly basis.? Stability Certificate( Form Number 1 A)? Labour welfare fund returnMathadi Handling? Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace(PD&R) Act, 2013 Annual Return? Submissions of Draft Standing Orders? Trade Union Act Annual return,1926.MRM to be prepared and presentation to be done? To Conduct training on PF,ESIC and LWF benefits for employees.? Drafting Notices (In Hindi & English)? Other Job Responsibilities as assigned by senior from time to time? Employee disciplinary notices like, Absconding from duties, Termination, Misbehaviour, Absenteeism, Night sleeping, Tobacco, Wastage, Negligence in work, Alcohol, etc.? To conduct inquiry against for termination. ? Liasoning with PF, ESIC, LWF office for compliance.? Handling contractors and contractual worker, checking contractor, mathadi, housekeeping and security bills.Note: – MBA/MLSJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR10,000.00 – INR30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
