Constant engagement with the assigned clients and ensuring healthy relationship
Business development through institutional farming and referrals
Ensuring a seamless on boarding experience of new accounts
Understanding the needs of the clients and coordinating with the tech team to ensure queries are timely addressed
Required Skills:
Exceptional in spoken and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of Excel
Candidates with 1-2 experience in B2B Service/sales will be given preference
