Description

Position : Executive Assistant cum Admin Executive

Industry Type : Warehouse and Logistics

Location : Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad

Job Responsibilities :

Secretarial & Administrative work

Attending to visitors and phone calls

Preparation and communication of the agenda of the regular meetings

Maintaining the courier register, stationery and consumables.

Maintaining the admin files in desired formats

Support in maintenance of the equipment viz Gate Pass,Housekeeping,Pantry,Security,CCTV,EPBAX,Fire Fighting equipment,Access Control,Attendance System, Printing of the letter head , visiting cards or any other relevant document.

Taking notes, preparing small reports and drafting mails for the directors

Preparation of travel claims forms of Directors

Take or confirm the appointments for the Directors

Manpower Planning/coordinating for all the operations of the company.

Suggesting and Implementing new Ideas for the growth and welfare of the company.

Any other work related to.

Candidates with IT background is mandatory.

Qualification and Experience:

Should be Graduate and good knowledge of MS-Office

Should have good oral and written COMMUNICATION skills.

Must be 2-3 years of Experience in the same field.

Salary : 2-2.5Lac per Annum
