Job Title – Full Time FacultyReporting – DirectorQualification – Any Graduation with MBA / Doctorate in HR / Marketing / Finance / BA etcSpecialisation – Marketing / HR / Finance / Business Analytics / Operations & SCM.Experience – Minimum 6 to 10 years of full time experience in teachingComputer Literacy – MS Office – Word, Excel, Power point, AccessJoining Period – ImmediateFollowing roles and responsibilities must be fulfilled by a full time faculty:

Making an effective contribution to teaching and learning in their discipline, modelling teamwork and flexibility to ensure it will be more student friendly.
Contributing to curriculum development, program and subject design and review as required to ensure that learning and teaching across disciplines reflects best practice.
Continuously improving their own teaching and learning, including developing a comprehensive teaching portfolio, and contributing to the continuous development and improvement of learning and teaching across the institution.
Participating in scholarly activities that influence and enhance the reputation in the institution.
Complying with all policies and procedures of UGC, AICTE relating to academics and learning, making every effort to contribute to the continuous improvement and effectiveness of academic administration of teaching and learning.
Conducting lectures, tutorials, workshops, activities classes, seminars, webinars, industry tours and other appropriate curricular activities as required by the institution and authorities.
Conducting the certificate program and case subject matters.
Obtaining feedback from students, peers on teaching and programs for which they are responsible and the implementation of pedagogy.
Contributing to internal and external reviews and accreditation of programs for which they are responsible.
Providing support for the development of students as individuals and thereby contributing to creating the unique Bond experience for students in their knowledge acquisition.
Prepare the weekly, monthly, quarterly academic report of the department & assist in conducting the academic council meeting.
NAAC work allocated to him/her need to perform as a part of official duty.
Helping hand to seniors as and when needed.
Faculty Members are also expected to do online counselling of the students.
Ensuring of publication of articles in top ranked like Scopus index, ABDC, UGC care journals.
Supervising the SIP for graduate students and postgraduate students as a part of their curriculum.
Faculty Members are expected to update their knowledge by attending seminars/workshops/conference, after obtaining necessary permission from the Principal/Management.
Faculty Members should attempt to publish text books, research papers in reputed International / Indian Journals / Conferences.
The Faculty Member must strive to prepare himself/ herself academically to meet all the challenges and requirements in the methodology of teaching so that the input may be useful for the student community at large. Every Faculty Member is expected to extend his/her beneficial influence in building up the personality of students and he/she should associate himself/herself actively with such extra-curricular activities which he / she is interested in or assigned to him/her from time to time.
Groupism of any kind should be absolutely avoided. Faculty Members found indulging in such activities will be subject to discipline proceedings.
