Urgent opening for Sourcing ExecutivePurpose: To identify vendors/supplier who can supply quality product in the shortest lead time at the right priceKey Deliverables Responsible for site identification, catchment analysis, market mapping, commercial negotiations, property feasibility report, re-negotiations etc. Sourcing of product from the right supplier at the right price & shortest lead time ( As per TNA) Understand the product indent for Sourcing provided by various departments & understand the product requirement and decide on buyer specifications in terms of Quality and Quantity. Manage the end-to -end sourcing for upcoming projects. Coordinate with the Projects team on the timelines of the project as well as requirements for the outlet. Identify the right supplier from the Data Bank. As far as possible at least 3 suppliers to be identified for each product. Obtain Competitive Quotes & Preparing “Price comparative statement” of the product for negotiations on price, delivery timelines and other terms and conditions related to payments and mode of delivery. Intimate purchase team on the Finalised supplier, price, delivery, payment & Logistic terms & conditions for procurement. Visit to the supplier premises from time to time to check on the delivery status. Ensure reduction in cost for established materials vide negotiations and identifying alternatives. Trouble shoot and resolve non-conformities between samples / contractual terms and the actuals without any loss to the company Ensure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures. Building long term sustainable relationships with the vendors in line with the BBQN Brand. Timely communication & update to the functional managers on the status of their requirement. To carry out any other tasks assigned by the managementAdditional Tasks: Creation of Supplier Data Bank and Regular Updating of Supplier Data Bank Maintain Vendor list with complete vendor details, price finalised, material specifications and to update the same on an on-going basis. Data collection for Supplier evaluation from purchase – & prepare Supplier evaluation reportSkills & Experience : Should have experience in Sourcing of Multiple products 3+ years in Sourcing Experience with F&B/ hotel/ Retail brands (desirable) Experience in dealing and getting work done with external agencies Knowledge of the available suppliers, the current capacity situation, and the impact of the procurement budget. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills in English and the ability to persuade others to consider a different point of view. Should possess good negotiation skills Skill in developing and making effective presentations Creative and a critical trained eye for creative reviewJob Type: Full-timeSalary: INR400,000.00 – INR600,000.00 per yearEducation:
