Key Responsibilities: – Drive monthly closing of books of accounts of assigned entities in a timely and compliant manner Post closure of books of accounts submission of Trial Balance, MIS, Pnl & balance sheets to HO team with analysis Balance Sheet reconciliation and identification of BS risk on quarterly basis and report the same to the corporate team Working closely with accounts team of assigned entities and guide them on day to day basis and address their queries Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirement of assigned entities (taxation, GST, EPF etc.) Liasoning with statutory/ internal and tax auditors for timely completion of audits Regularly reviewing the working capital of assigned entities and ensure same is maintained within defined parameters Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, gross margin, expenses, working capital. Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances Process optimization and automation Drive business teams to follow SOP’s and monitor internal controls of the assigned entities Ensure physical verification of Inventory and Fixed asset Ensure Intercompany reconciliation is completed on monthly basisQualification & Experience: – Chartered Accountant with 6 years of work ex from Pharma, FMCG or Consumer Electronics Good team player with strong communication and presentation skills Worked on Management reporting, KPI identification and reporting SBU level Business Finance Partnering Business analysis, Financial analysis, Trend analysis, Data crunching, MIS reporting, Business Intelligence and Dash boarding Proficiency in Financial Modelling / MS ExcelWork location: – Delhi or FaridabadJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to INR2,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:
