Requirement:1. Strong administrative & organizational skills including attention to detail.2. Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills.3. Proficiency in Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, Google Sheets.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:1. E-mail Correspondence.2. Manage scheduling of appointments, meetings, conference calls.
3.To do export follow-ups with the team and clients.
4. Assisting in all Export business activities, should be able to work flexible hours from home & have indipendent vehicle, good written communication skills.5. Reminding the scheduler to the respective HOD/ Informing about the agenda of the day Managing meetings, clients.
