Builds and maintains site Health Systems capability through continual assessment of business needs and use of the Health Systems Key Elements audit tool and process to ensure delivery of quality care and services. Collaborates with site leadership and key partners (HS&E, Risk, Fire Chief, HR, Legal, etc.) to ensure appropriate site occupational and wellbeing programs are in place to align with business objectives, mitigate risks and preserve and promote employee wellbeing. Ensures all programs are compliant with country related laws, as well as, P&G medical testing requirements and governance. Qualifications
MBBS with Associate Fellow in Industrial Health (AFIH) or Certificate in Industrial Health (CIH) or Diploma in Industrial Health (DIH) from a recognized institute. Business or Health / Hospital management experience preferred.
2-5 yeas of Occupational Health and Wellbeing experience. People manager experience preferred.
Familiar with the laws and regulations in India and should be part of a physician’s network.
Fluent in English language (speaking and writing) with basic computer skills.
Good presentation skills and good social intelligence are of advantage.
Preference would be given to candidates below 35 yrs of age.
