Position: Operations AssistantExperience: 1-2 YearsJob Location: BangaloreKey Skills: At least 1-2 years of experience on order fulfilment in retail / ecommerce companiesOffered salary : 2.4Lacs per annum.:a) Use GreenDNA custom APP and check orders. /Plan the produces required to fulfil the ordersc) To maintain stock report of Vegetables and fruits and Indent required produces from Own/associate farmers and inward those and maintain stock.e) Ensure 100% produce availability before dispatchg) Track order form on previous day of delivery and execute for fulfilmenth) Grading and Quality check of all produces received and outwardi) Instruct respective team for Cut vegetables/Processed producesj) Work as team and prepare orders and store in cold roomk) On dispatch days coordinate with dispatch and packing team to ensure error free fulfilmentl) Fulfil order in the system and initiate refund in applicable at the time of dispatchm) Maintain right stock levels at point in time to ensure availability and reduce wasten) Weekly price checks and revisions if requiredo) To answer customers on their queries related to order and produces.Application Deadline: 17/9/2021Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to INR20,000.00 per monthSchedule:
