Job Description :
Aufgaben
Experience: 2-6 Years

Roles & Responsibilty:

1. Design and development of suspension components specially springs, dampers and torsion bars

2. Prepare detailed layout and drawings of the suspension parts

3. Perform packaging investigations of suspension components using NX Kinematics and develop the components to meet cost and weight targets.

4. Carry out and support DMU, release management tasks

5. Interact with suppliers and manage the project related activities to meet project goals

6. Conduct tolerance stack up analysis for the suspension parts

7. Perform all tasks in timely manner and with required quality in communication with MBC Germany

8. Active support as and when required at the team and department level

9. Support for the MBRDI in house activities, MRMs and Presentations

Desired Skills

0. Experience in Suspension development. Must have completed atleast one complete development cycle.

1. Expert in 3D modelling and drawings

2. Good understanding of tolerancing scheme and stack-up analysis.

3. Knowledge of overall vehicle integration or packaging

4. Ability to lead him/her self to lead the development topics independently

5. Good communication skill. German language will be an added advantage

6. Abiity to work in diverse team and suppor each other when required
Qualifikationen
BE/Btech Or Mtech
