Job Description:

Basically we require a candidate who can handle all aspects of the accounts department.
Monitoring the commercial activities such as proper invoicing as per sales tax, Service Tax & Work Contract Tax and on-site debtor s ledger scrutiny and maintaining credit limits as per policy of the company, ensuring timely realization of dues etc.
Preparing TAX invoice as per GST format
Bank Reconciliation.
Handling Petty Cash transaction. (Like checking Voucher and approvals)
Maintaining Purchase Register, Sales Register, Bank Book & Ledger Book in tally.
Preparation of Account Books up to finalization.
Handling VAT Audit and Income Tax Audit (Statutory as well as Internal Audit).
Preparation of TDS Return, Service Tax Return, VAT Return, GST Returns
Handling & Attending Income Tax, VAT, & Service Tax Scrutiny raised by Department.
Debtors, Creditor, Cash and Bank ledger scrutiny.
Issuing C-Form, H-Forms to the Vendors and also look collecting C-Form & H-Form from Difference Customers.
Handling Status of AMC renewal for difference client and sent reminder for renewal of AMC.
Follow up with client for the payment as per company s policy.
Preparing Expenses report as per company format.
Preparing PI for advance payment and Quotation as required by Sales Team.
Other Office Routine Work.
Preparing Purchase Orders, Quotation.
Preparing Weekly MIS report.
Preparing Monthly Income & Expenditure report as well as Overhead report.

Role & Responsibility:

GST making sales bills, Branch Reconciliation, day-to-day accounting like Journal, payment, sales invoice purchase bills, receipt, Liaison with Statutory Internal Auditors.
Computation of TAX through filing the GST Returns with GSTR1 (sale return) GSTR3B (sale purchase)
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

We are seeking proven sales performers to help us grow our loyal customer base for our Mid Market segment in South India. This is a role for someone who is a hunter and hungry for new business success. Responsibilities include generating new business in new accounts and also expanding the footprint inside existing customers, as well as playing a key role as you drive strategic CRM initiatives for companies across the South India market. This is a role for someone who can see the value of Cloud Computing and who can be a combination salesperson and evangelist to get the Salesforce penetration into the sector growing even more. On top of your own business development, we provide a range of support functions to help create and drive opportunities from internal sales support to highly skilled pre-sales so it is not just you against the world.

Responsibilities:
– Developing and managing relationships within our Mid Market segment focusing on customers in South India.
– Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications.
– Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce, while creating satisfied and reference-able customers.
– Demonstrating our product via the Web.

Requirements:
– 7 – 10 years of experience carrying a quota and closing deals in software (business applications preferred) or technology sales. Job grade and salary will be commensurate with experience.
– Successful track-record managing deals with customers in South India.
– Consistently over-achieved quota (top 10-20% of the company) in past positions.
– Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles.
– Bachelor’s level degree required.

Desired Skills:
– Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
– Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
– CRM experience preferred.
– Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment.
– Strong customer references.
– Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
