Our goal is to allow our customer to express themselves with our vibrant and diverse designs. We sell our products pan India and are looking to add our ever expanding sales and support team. Our founding team includes talent from strong backgrounds: NIFT, IITs, IIMs, CA with experience in top-tier management consulting, Venture capital and finance. You will get an opportunity to work in a youthful, open culture and informal set up!The position will be based out of Bangalore.Are you a people person? Love answering and solving people queries and reach solutions amicably?

? Your role will involve ensuring that our customers never face any issues in buying any of our
products
? Communication will involve a combination of inbound and outbound phone calls to
understand customer issues and help close sales
? You will also be assisting existing customers in closing any open issues where they need
assistanceSkillset needed:
? Strong written communication skills primarily in English
? Good listening skills, ability to empathize with customers and handle difficult conversations
? Positive attitude towards sales and relationship management with customer

Job Scope:

Responsible for creating the pre-sales estimate in the ERP tool for our internal offshore customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Creating the pre-sales estimate in ERP tool
Understands and work according to the customer requirement
Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation
Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity as required
Thorough knowledge of the process
Timely closure of all required task as per the TAT
Handling emails from clients
Involved in resolving customer queries
Completes additional assigned tasks as required

Qualification/ Skills Required:

Excellent attention to details
Ability to perform repetitive task with a high degree of accuracy
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Required tool Knowledge like Salesforce & MS Office tools

Excellent typing speed

BPO experience (0-2 years)
