Job description CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial
reporting
Advising on long-term business and financial planning
Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
Reviewing all formal finance
Oversee Month closure procedure.
Support the Business Management Office in business priorities/trade-offs.
Bring financial insights to drive accountability, efficiency and growth opportunities.
Budgeting, Forecast, and planning for P&L on a monthly/quarterly/ annual basis and in detail variance analysis.
Partner with support org like HR, Communications, to drive various business initiatives and P&L accountability.
Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards
and regulatory requirements.
Make sure internal controls are strong and other processed related to Finance & taxes are compliant.
Acting as an Audit Committee head to resolve queries between the Management & Auditors.
.Work on Investor Decks and Reports as needed
Job Specification:
Chartered Accountant with relevant work experience.
