The opportunity Project: Mace has to perform a complete handover/takeover process for a mall project in Ahmedabad. The total build-up area is 5 acres. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day to day administration of the document management system.
Ensuring the efficient delivery of project requirements.
Ensuring the team’s adherence to the processes and procedures and providing guidance when a deviation occurs.
Performing a comprehensive quality check on each document and associated documents.
Following the programme defined documents protocols.
Performing periodic quality checks to the system registers.
Supporting the team on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments.
Producing quantitative, status and analysis reports.
About you You will have a relevant degree qualification and be a member of a professional body. You have extensive experience as a document controller including high-end retail, commercial, preferably malls. You have experience of successfully delivering projects and involvement in testing & commissioning and handover & close-out stage of projects. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have experience as a commissioning agent for building projects preferably mall / commercial buildings. You have previous working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
