Job role: CA Inter
Location: Bangalore.
Years of Experience: 1-4 years
Roles and Responsibility:

Will be responsible for Strategic Financial Management and Business Control with high quality and efficiency.
Will ensure that all statutory compliance is handled satisfactorily and in a timely manner
Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and
Prepare and publish timely MIS
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Handling Internal & External Auditors
Investor Reporting

Eligibility:

CA (Chartered Accountant-Intermediate Level 2) or MBA in Finance with 1-5 years experience
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Experience with creating financial statements
Excellent Excel skills
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year end close process.
Understanding of processes and automation to improve productivity of team and improve accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year

ROLE : Operations Executive
LOCATION : Bangalore
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 0-3 years
Roles and Responsibilities
Description: –

Ensuring execution of Operational Processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow
Responsible to follow best in the class processes in the company Customer Support, Payments, KYC, etc.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment
Driving a culture of getting things done on time with high quality of service
Ability to follow-up & coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders
Following up clear metrics for performance measurement & turnaround times for each of the key processes

Minimum Requirement / Qualification:

Graduate (B.E. / B. Tech. /or any, Banking preferable but not a must)
Good Written & Verbal Communication skills (Fluency in English & Good Hindi speaking is mandatory) is a must
Good Analytical & Logical Reasoning skills
0-2 years of work experience.
Proficient in MS Excel (to do analysis & reporting)
Optional – Exposure to Customer support or banking is plus
