Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports.
Candidate must have ability to take prompt decisions related to the business.
Excellent conversational and customer service.
Ability to learn the new things and adapt the same.
Capture and update customer information accurately.
Keep records of all conversation in our call center database.
Prepare reports.
Proactive in all the activities.
