We are hiring for Interview Services /Execution Support
Skills: Need basic knowledge of excel and computers. Must be able to
communicate clearly with candidates and clients ( beginning, mainly with candidates). Must be willing and able to support on
Weekends for online assessment drives (on-call) when required. This role is to enter assessment content in our CRPO tool and manage online assessment drives.
The candidate will not require to travel to client/campus locations as this is will be a Remote test.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Entering assessment content from source documents within given time limits into our internal database.
2. Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
3. Reviewing data for errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
4. Ensure the content given for entry is correct and complete. Contact SME to clarify incomplete or unclear information.
5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
JOB DUTIES: Entering candidate details (Name, Email id, Contact Number) shared by client in the HirePro Online assessment tool for respective tests.
Sending test invite mail to candidates for respective tests.
Sharing daily test reports to clients or on a need basis.
Candidates’ point of contact to resolve their issues while accessing the test (mail/calls).
Daily Follow-up with candidates who have not attended the test.
Responding to candidates’ and clients’ queries related to their test via mail/call.
