Function- Mortgage Sales/Home Loan Sales r Designation: Sales Officer r Location- Ahmedabad r Experience: Fresher r Salary – Graduate Fresher-UPTO 1.70 LPA CTC + Lucrative Incentives r MBA Fresher- UPTO 1.82 LPA CTC + Lucrative Incentivesr r r Job description: r 1. Area/ Lane /Geography Mapping: r Responsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular r intervals with the help of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ r Geography and inform the progress to reporting manager during team huddle. r 2. Source Relationship Management: r Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and r identified by him in his geography/area. r 3. Maintain Reports: r Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the r prescribed format. Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format r of activities. r 4. Channel Partner Recruitment: r Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner r 5. Team Huddle: r Responsible for attending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process. r 6. Customer Relationship Management: r Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and r maintaining relationship with customers. r 7. Completion of File: r Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentations and r information. r Candidate Eligibility: r 1. The candidate must be a graduate pass out from any stream. r 2. Should have 0 to 1 Year of experience in sales (insurance & home loans r preferred. r 3. The job requires extensive traveling so the candidate must be willing to travel r within the city. r 4. Candidate must have good communication skills. Education: CA (Chartered Accountant), CS (Company Secretary), ICWA, M.Arch. (Architecture), M.Com. (Commerce), M.Ed. (Education), M.Pharm. (Pharmacy), M.Phil. (Philosophy), M.Sc. (Science), MA (Arts), MBA/ PGDM, MCA/ PGDCA, MD/ MS (Medicine), ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), ML/ LLM (Law)r r r r r r r Any Graduate Industry: Banking
