Requirements & Experience:
Proven experience in defining technical solutions and architecture road maps. Review existing architecture, solutions and provide recommendations for improvements or replacements with appropriate documentation.
Proven track record in Full Stack Solution Architecture working with distributed technologies based systems and hands-on in the design, development and implementation.
Experience in planning and executing large scale projects from the research stage through implementation.
Analyzes the technology and industry trends while developing technical solutions and new product recommendations.
Develop solutions design, blueprint documents and business cases to describe business challenges, costs, risks and solution approaches.
Working experience in javascript and javascript frameworks (Node.js, react.js, angular.js, vue.js, etc.), MVC, Microservices, REST/SOAP API Development and integration, LAMP stack,TypeScript,JSON, MongoDB, Couch DB, Redis, KAFKA, Jenkins or related Experience working with Cloud technologies (PaaS,SaaS) such as Azure, AWS, or GCP Container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
Complete understanding of SDLC and able to manage the project single handedly, starting from gathering technical and non-technical requirements, planning, tech stack selection, team selection, planning and project assessments.
Experience of leading a team size of 8+ team members, work assignment and mentoring junior resources, handling assimilation of technical knowledge for junior Team members.
Experience in microservices algorithm, data structure, multi-threading and design pattern skills analysing and handling performance of sensitive Applications.
Working experience on global delivery models and managing direct communication with international clients, collaborating with different teams across verticals and developing customer centric IT products.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Design, architect, develop and unit test complex cloud based SAAS products and solutions involving cloud, kubernetes, microservices, and containers.
Mentor & guide junior team members, define best practices guidelines and blueprints for the team.
Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion.Draw a sketch of the relevant data models, and how they are connected to one another & Understand the best languages, databases and tools that best serve the project’s requirements.
Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business needs.
Discuss requirements and challenges with technical and non-technical clients alike. Simplify and draw a conclusion to the client’s requirements.
Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users and internally responsible for the Tech flow.
Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions.
Develop and manage code bank for different tech stack and domain types, so that code base can be reused as per incoming requirements of the IT products from clients based globally.
Participate in design and code reviews involved in data structures and algorithms.
Dig deep into the requirements and extract the tiniest details to explain and discuss with the development team
Have technical ownership of multiple modules and work with the stakeholders (product owners/management, managers, architects, QA, etc.) in the delivery.
Work with DevOps team on deployment architecture, security and CI/CD, Maintain security and data privacy protocols.
