Job Role
We are searching for an engaged telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals’ information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience.
Desired Profile:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.
High school diploma; B.sc/BA will be added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of the English / Kannada language.
Addressing clients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Good knowledge of Telephone skills.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
Ability to switch communication styles.
Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
