Build a strong Digital Marketing strategy to reach its target audience at scale to deliver growth at optimum costs.
Build and lead best-in-class digital marketing team: Training, learning & development, recruitment, management, org structure and more.
Drive a mindset of building pipeline of multiple experiments in digital marketing to drive growth.
Acquisitions & Traffic Growth: Bringing CAC down with a steady focus on quality user growth & retention.
Build strategy for best-in-class SEO solutions for Company’s digital assets.
Build and drive a strong strategy for our Web Product development efforts around Traffic and Engagement Products that would help company reach its target audience at scale.
Build strong analytics & insights to influence key business strategy.

Drive Marketing roadmap in coordination with Product team and work closely with product &creative teams.

Skills:

Digital Marketing Leadership experience, leading a digital team or a digital marketing company
Confident and clear communicator, able to demonstrable experience of engaging in conversations and building relationships with customers at the highest level
Experience managing a team of digital experts ideally with a strong SEO & Social Media focus
Extensive and up-to-date technical knowledge of the full range of digital marketing services, including SEO, content marketing, on and off page optimization, link building, social media, email marketing, PPC, & conversion optimization
The ability to blend these digital services to create the most effective digital strategy & campaign for each target customer
Confident and insightful content marketer who can use social media to engage and promote
A creative “marketing head able to brainstorm and generate ideas for campaigns and pitches
Extensive commercial SEO knowledge operating within a range of verticals
A passion for Web technologies, the Internet and emerging technology

Duties and Responsibilities

Carefully analyze all the best digital channels for company’s business and plan digital marketing strategies to suit its needs accordingly.
Creating brand awareness and promoting new products
Knowledge of writing articles, blog posts, press releases, descriptions, page titles etc. for digital media.
Create content which gives website readers access to information in a simple, easy to understand language. The content writer should know the target audience and write content to engage and draw visitors.
Generate content, making smart use of keywords. The text should have relevant keywords and variations for better search engine ranking and indexing.
Creating stories from in-house reports/surveys monthly
Developing new ideas for web content
Work with team members to enhance content pieces

Responsibilities:

Plan, recommend, prepare and oversee digital marketing strategies for current and potential customers
Ensure a high quality and consistent service delivery across the whole digital marketing team, with a methodical approach to managing work schedules, reporting and managing change for the teams
Ensure reporting on campaign performance across all our active products to our customers
Develop & drive our own digital strategy, including our content marketing and social media activity
Share your experience and knowledge through coaching and developing your team
Know how to apply a multi-channel marketing mix when planning campaigns
Produce detailed performance reports & presentations where necessary

Educational Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or Equivalent in Digital Marketing Management
Experience

20 -25 Yrs. of Successful previous experience.
Strong digital marketing, CRM and lead management skills such as Hubspot
Passion for content research and creative writing. Strong skills in online research, content writing, blogs and press releases are desirable.
Prior experience and training in content writing or reporting would be a strong credential.
Experience managing, coaching and developing people and teams
Strong digital marketing skills including website, campaigns, search and social
Excellent customer management and relationship building skills
Winning spirit and drive
Zoophilist is an added advantage.
