Roles and Responsibilities Ensure rollout of FTTx and sales and gross additions in the designated territory.
1. Managing FTTX Business through multiple business Team members.
2. Appointment of Distributors and LCOs as channel partners for distribution
3. Planning and Monitoring the Survey team for Mapping of Cities.
4. To Identify and finalize the areas in city for deployment of Network priority wise.
5. Responsible for New DSA/Distributor Agreement Sign up.
6. Responsible for Building Permission/ Acquisition.
7. New area Roll out Viz Planning of Material and Manpower Deployment.
8. Directing the acquisition team for permission related issues.
9. Coordinating with the internal departments for successful roll out of FTTH
Connectivity.
10. Responsible for New Order Booking & Installation of Customers in Connected
Buildings.
Policy and Process Compliance
1. Safeguard the organizations processes and policies.
2. Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes
3. Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees and
vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols
4. Confirm your actions are compliant as per Information Security Policy

Roles and Responsibilities To increase the width and depth of distribution in the Emerging markets, which would translate into acquisitions and revenues and increase channel satisfaction levels. To develop excellence in distribution in Emerging Markets through effective planning and gaining market share from the competition. Ensuring the product availability within the consumer reach.
The incumbent will be responsible to achieve sales targets, maintain good relationship with dealers and distributors, understand & analyze competitors products and drive distributors to attain targets.
To manage and drive sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth in gross numbers and revenues
Deliver sales target for all products by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level.
Monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
Ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to the norms.
Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility.
Achieve zonal revenue target for the distribution channel across all products.
Keep motivation levels high through regular meetings with distributors, retailers, off roll sales representatives.
Achievement of key targets in the distribution network (Sales, Revenue) in the territory.
Achievement of retail outlets in terms of activating and recharge, expansion targets.
Channel Development and Infrastructure and Process Compliance
Aggressive execution of Sales programs (i.e. new schemes / promotions / trade engagement etc.) to deliver targeted numbers of customers and revenue.
Channel Management (Distributor / FOS / Dealer ) to improve productivity and sales capabilities
Timely Collection of the market information such as competitor activities & initiatives and analyze the same with the help of Area Sales Manager to pre-empt its impact on the business.
