1. Ensure the store operates at peak efficiency, with company’s satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.2. Train and manage a store team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals3. Ensure FIFO system within the store.4. Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.5. Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and company’s standards are met.6. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with food regulations.7. Meet regularly with store leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.8.Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to central warehouse and internal facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of goodsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR18,000.00 – INR25,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Coordination in dispatching the material as per deadline. Direct and supervise the operation of printing services. Preparing inwards and outwards of the materials. Consulting with the head of the department for establishing priorities and deadlines. Organize, assign and direct the operation of the printing services function. Maintain inventory of curriculum guides and direct the distribution of published materials. Assign and supervise the performance of assigned personnel. Review incoming work, prepare activities instructions, estimate production time, establish priority and schedule work for the various phases of production. Receive and Track shipments Embark Merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times Tag and label merchandise Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type. Box wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
