ý Analyze and process policy plan holder requests for less complex policy changes, premium accounting and or disbursements within time and quality standards

ý Communicate with policy plan holders verbally and or in writing over requested changes, premium accounting and or disbursements

ý Research and resolve issues related to processing of policy plan changes, premium accounting and or disbursements

ý Coordinate with other departments and field personnel to ensure accurate and complete processing of transactions

ý Assist in filing statements and or generating reports

ý Other duties as assigned
