Core Responsibilities:
o Correspond with multiple sources to negotiate payment schedules that suit the customer’s current financial situation while still satisfying the debt.
o Keep track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area and control the delinquency of the area, bucket-wise & DPD wise as well as focus on non-starters.
o Provide efficient customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments
o Monitor and maintain customer account details for non – payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, making customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos where necessary.
o Ensure customer files are updated, recording times and dates that contact has been made and noting information that customers have received about their debt.
o Trace defaulters and assets in coordination with the agency’s tracing team and suggest remedial course of action
o Identify defaulting accounts and investigate reasons for default while continuing to make efforts to maintain a healthy relationship with the customer
o Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process including supporting the collection manager (court receiver) in repossessing assets and seeking legal and police support where required.
o Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB /IRB regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company

About the team

Hyperlocal is the newest team under the Flipkart umbrella, with the sole mission to provide Best Customer experience & Customer Delight serving the gamut of products under the Flipkart platform. The team would enable Customers with multiple choices of faster deliveries bridging the gap of Urgent Customer Needs with a wider array of selection. About the role

The Incumbent will manage the end to end shift operations making sure that customer orders are processed and deliver the best experience. The incumbent would manage people to ensure that operations run smoothly and metrics are achieved. The incumbent is also expected to build stakeholder relationships along with maintaining inventory reco records.

What you’ll do:

Darkstore Operations Handling :
Control shrinkage at store, and ensure complete adherence to SOPs & processes.
Ensure quick fulfillment of orders in the shift while meeting customer expectations and delivery SLAs.
Achieve L0 Metrics targets at the store
Ensure/Monitor that all assets are in working condition, and are accounted for.
Ensure timely completion of inbound and outbound activities (No pending Inbound / dock should be greater than 4 hours)
Callouts for Tech issues and system issue if any along with raising tickets
On time cash reco to be done
Picking & Put away to be done on time.
Ensuring all the vehicles are parked at the right place near the facility.
Inventory Handling :
Manage store inventory, and conduct daily assessments on inventory health.
Ensuring all order are cleared as per schedule
Manpower Management :
Manage off-roll employees, and ensure timely updates on availability & performance of store staff.
Managing People roaster
Vendor Handling :
Liaise with last mile delivery executives to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
All vendor invoices to be cleared on time
Audit & Quality :
Ensure audit scores at the dark store remain well above mandated thresholds.
Maintaining Flipkart’s standards of hygiene & quality across darkstores.
Maintaining 5s in the store
MIS & Reporting :
Generate timely reports on store activities, and metrics.
What you’ll need:

MBA/Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 2-5 years experience with warehousing,supply chain,FMCG
Strong experience in scaling up of operations or greenfield scaleup experience
Strong analytical approach to problem-solving with a metrics-driven focus

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Ensure smooth canteen operations

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Graduation in any discipline
