Core Responsibilities:
o Correspond with multiple sources to negotiate payment schedules that suit the customer’s current financial situation while still satisfying the debt.
o Keep track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area and control the delinquency of the area, bucket-wise & DPD wise as well as focus on non-starters.
o Provide efficient customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments
o Monitor and maintain customer account details for non – payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, making customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos where necessary.
o Ensure customer files are updated, recording times and dates that contact has been made and noting information that customers have received about their debt.
o Trace defaulters and assets in coordination with the agency’s tracing team and suggest remedial course of action
o Identify defaulting accounts and investigate reasons for default while continuing to make efforts to maintain a healthy relationship with the customer
o Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process including supporting the collection manager (court receiver) in repossessing assets and seeking legal and police support where required.
o Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB /IRB regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company
Desired Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in the field.

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, functions & accountability):

Outstanding follow-up. Account reconciliation, Visit to customer for payment collection & follow-ups.
Strongly focus on collection to help to reduce the DSO figures.
Statement Follow up sent to all overdue customer in accordance with standard work requirement basis.
Monitor customer accounts and aged debt. Maintain accurate and detailed records on all customer accounts in the portfolio and escalate outstanding issues and activities.
Need to maintain TAT of 1 day to escalate any issue to the concerned department and follow escalation path.
Ensure 100% compliance to collection process through follow up via emails, phone calls, involvement of internal parties.
Need to update Team trackers for transparency and early identification of grey areas.
Visit customers depending on the requirement and resolution of disputes, issues payment push.
Responsible for ensuring the internal financial controls are in place and adhered to. Should be supportive for audit compliance requirements.
Support Team in achieving monthly, quarterly goals of cash collections improvement plans.
Support Team with adhoc reporting requirements within the AR.
Provides input to continuous improvement of credit, AR and collections processes and systems.

WHAT DO WE OFFER

This role is based at our winery unit in Channapatnam, Bangalore and will report to Senior Manager – HR & Administration.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
The role will be responsible for HR & Admin activities and will provide support for smooth Manufacturing Operations through internal and external stakeholder management. The role will be inclusive of all, not limited to the following –

Support HR & Admin operations at respective winery locations
Ensuring timely reporting submissions pertaining to HR & Admin e.g. Attendance and Payroll Inputs, Leave Records, OT records etc.
Ensuring Daily Contract Manpower Management, Invoice Checking and Submission
Raising the indent for Admin requirements e.g. printing & stationery materials
Follow up for timely MBO completions, L&D activities & execution of Employee Engagement activities
Ensure the Hygiene for the entire premises including company guest house as per the check list.
Ensure smooth canteen operations
Responsible for vehicle, fuel management, safety & security duty management
To supervise each team member working under Facility Management and Administration.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Graduation in any discipline
2-4 years experience in HR & Administration at any Manufacturing set up
The candidate should be Fluent in Kannada- Reading, writing and speaking
To be well versed with English language
